Team & Connection

A team intervention is a form of coaching whereby urgency is dominantly present, requiring a quick positive change in the areas of co-operation and outcome.

Here we are dealing with moments of conflict, stress or discontentness. But also protracted unexpressed conflicts or a confidence crisis can give cause for a (short term) Team Intervention.

During a Team Intervention participants become aware of their (negative) convictions, opinions and complaints in their practice that lead to ineffective behavior. This behavior often leads to failure or limited achievement of results. United Talent provides in the short term for break-throughs in thinking, whereby new opportunities present themselves. Both during and after training and coaching sessions participants address practical problems and find solutions. They take on responsibility for their thinking, behavior and outcome.

Team & Connection

Methoden: Perceptiescan©. In individual interviews with several key figures within a team or board. The findings and analysis is shown in a plenary session whereby the shared vision and team consensus about the current situation is being discussed. Where is the fit? Where is it rough? And why?
